Initial Fee: $3,000 upon appointing us as your buyer’s agent.
Success Fee: Upon completion of the purchase, a fee of approximately 2% + GST (minus your initial fee) is charged.

 For purchases under $700,000, we may mutually agree on a fixed-price fee after our initial consultation.
