Negotiation-Only Service – If you’ve found a property and need expert negotiation, we offer a half-price fee (approximately 1%) for securing the best deal on your behalf.

Our fee structure may vary following our initial consultation. Depending on your budget and requirements, we can mutually agree on a fixed or capped fee for budgets exceeding $2 million.
